Job summary

T K Group, Inc. is seeking established two-person teams or qualified solo operators to work full-time as Mobile Hearing Technicians.

Technicians will travel across the United States, living with a partner or independently, conducting hearing tests for industrial employees while delivering excellent customer service. This role offers company-paid lodging, paid travel expenses, comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan, along with paid time off and year-end breaks.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Moderate computer experience.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to detail and adaptability to change.
• Professional driving experience required; CDL-A with air brake preferred for solo roles.
• DOT medical card required; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel extensively across the United States.
• Operate a company-owned mobile testing unit.
• Conduct hearing tests and test sound levels.
• Instruct industrial employees on hearing protection.
• Interpret and explain hearing test results; provide customer service on-site.
