This is a full-time role with travel, overseeing on-site activities for healthcare facilities, renovations and additions, and ensuring safety and quality standards. The candidate will manage schedules and budgets, coordinate with healthcare facilities, and work closely with owners, architects, and subcontractors to maintain productivity and meet timelines.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of healthcare construction experience as a superintendent preferred.
• Strong managerial skills and ability to lead teams on site.
• Effective communication with personnel, clients, architects and owners.
• Experience with concrete, framing and finish carpentry.
• Proficiency with company software and basic computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintain responsible construction schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with healthcare facilities with documentation (permits, risk assessments).
• Maintain a safe jobsite for all employees.
• Represent the company in meetings with owners, architects, subcontractors and inspectors.
• Use computer software for daily tasks (expense approvals, pictures, emails, site management, time entry).
• Communicate with the project management office regarding jobsite requirements to maintain productivity, quality and schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Field Operations Director.
