Travel General Laborer Nights $18

SPAR is growing our overnight construction team! We are hiring full-time laborers who are hardworking and reliable. Willing to travel for extended periods and work nights from 9pm to 6am. Must be willing to learn and know your way around a toolbox. Your traveling team will be working inside home improvement retail chains, building, and dealing with heavy steel racking and pallet racking.

What You’ll Do

• Perform physically demanding construction work
• Remodel big box retail stores overnight
• Remove and replace damaged steel racking, including cantilever towers
• Move products between old and new pallet racking
• Build and assemble retail store shelving fixtures
• Update signage, shelf conditions, and schematics
• Engage in physical activities, lifting up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and work overnight shifts
• Ability to follow directions for tagging, rotating, and placing products
• Comfort climbing ladders and working at heights up to 20 feet
• Repeatedly lift 50 lbs
• Experience with hand and power tools (own hardhat, gloves, utility knife, and tools required)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Personal cell phone and valid email required
• Professional appearance and proper work footwear
