Qualifications

• Must have a Medical Assistant Diploma or Certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• BLS certification is required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage surgical schedules and coordinate pre/post-operative appointments.
• Answer calls, triage messages, and document in Athena EMR.
• Act as liaison between physician, patients, hospitals, attorneys, and internal departments.
• Collaborate to ensure smooth patient flow in a busy clinical environment.
