Qualifications

• CP-FS certification or equivalent required or preferred.
• ServSafe certification a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits to verify conformity to regulatory, industry, and client brand standards.
• Observe food safety, health, and sanitation practices in food prep and service.
• Coach clients on root causes and corrective action plans.
