Job summary

Steritech Brand Standards is seeking a Food Safety Specialist to support hotel, restaurant, and grocery clients by upholding brand standards and ensuring food safety, quality, and a positive guest experience. You will assess conformity to regulatory, industry, and brand standards, observe food prep, and help clients address discrepancies.

The role requires CP-FS and ServSafe certifications, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel 50–70% (8–10 days per month).

Qualifications

• This role requires CP-FS certification and a valid driver's license.
• Experience or knowledge of food safety standards and audits is preferred.
• Ability to train and coach clients on safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Observe food preparation and handling to verify safety practices.
• Partner with clients to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Educate clients on safe practices to improve workplace safety and health.
• Travel 50-70% of the time, including evenings and some weekends.
