UNT Health Fort Worth is seeking a Recruitment/Admissions Associate to join the Enrollment Management team. This position supports recruitment initiatives and guides prospective applicants through the admissions process, building relationships with advisors and representing UNT Health at college fairs and events across the DFW area, within Texas, and beyond.

Travel is a significant component; duties include coordinating travel, managing records, and supporting recruitment marketing efforts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and one year related experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally and throughout Texas for recruitment.
• Occasional weekends may be required.
• Strong Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develops relationships with Advisors at various Higher Education institutions.
• Assists the Recruitment Director in planning and directing recruitment activities.
• Maintains computerized records of prospects and produces timely reports.
• Coordinates travel arrangements for recruitment activities and events.
• Ensures recruitment brochures and materials are readily available and distributed.
• Supports overall operations of the recruitment team.
