Responsibilities

• Install, test, maintain, and repair complex equipment in the field.
• Diagnose issues using tools like Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, and Signal generators.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and provide technical support (on-site & phone).
• Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Document repairs and collaborate with engineering & service leadership.
• Spot opportunities for upgrades and aftermarket parts.
