Job summary

Integrated Health 21 is seeking a Registered Nurse for flu vaccination programs and corporate wellness events. Travel to multiple locations to administer vaccines, educate participants on adverse reactions, and follow safety protocols. Must hold an active nursing license and BLS, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include inventory handling, vaccine storage, patient guidance, and CPR readiness. Travel frequently; annual training and compliance testing required.

Qualifications

• Maintain and present current nursing license in good standing.
• Maintain and present current BLS certification.
• Demonstrate professionalism and ability to communicate effectively with corporate clients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environment.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks without detailed supervision.
• Willingness to travel from site to site as necessary.
• Prior experience in private clinic or public health settings preferred.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills; technology ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accept delivered packages and ensure all inventory is accounted for.
• Practice appropriate storage and handling of vaccines; document refrigeration details.
• Greet participants and provide instructions to complete the vaccination process.
• Follow standing orders to determine eligibility, draw up, and administer vaccine; observe for adverse reactions.
• Adhere to safety protocols as set by medical directives and regulations.
• Respond to medical emergencies and assist participants up to CPR; contact emergency services as needed.
• Participate in yearly vaccination training for up-to-date knowledge.
• Participate in annual compliance testing to maintain employment status.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and communication.
