Integrated Health 21 (IH21) is hiring a Registered Nurse - Flu Nurse to travel to events, administer vaccines, and educate participants on potential reactions. The role requires a current nursing license and BLS, with strong communication and customer service skills.

As a 1099 contractor, you will follow standing orders, document procedures, and observe participants post-vaccination while ensuring safety protocols and compliance across multiple corporate wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Maintain and present a current nursing license in good standing.
• Maintain and present a current BLS certification.
• Demonstrate professionalism and effective communication with corporate clients.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed environment with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel between sites as required for vaccination events.
• Experience in private clinics or public health settings is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; tech aptitude is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to corporate wellness events and administer vaccines.
• Greet participants, explain the vaccination process, and obtain consent as required.
• Draw up and administer vaccines per standing orders and observe for adverse reactions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and medical directives; maintain documentation of storage and handling.
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with emergency services when needed.
• Participate in annual training and compliance testing to maintain status.
• Provide outstanding customer service and clear communication with participants.
