This is a full‑time travel position with no rotational schedules and no per diem. Ideal candidates have an AA or equivalent or 6 months to 1 year related experience, plus ability to work with engineers and field teams.

Qualifications

• AA or equivalent; 6 months to 1 year related experience preferred but not required.
• Safety training and PPE use required.
• Ability to work with engineers, project managers, and field crews.

Responsibilities

• Execute field service work for FlexSteel products and installations.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure safe, cost‑effective jobs.
• Participate in operator qualification and competency training programs.
