Responsibilities

• Supervises technicians to aid and support all aspects of their job.
• Plans and organizes work processes, workloads, and staff assignments as a SME.
• Trains, motivates, and evaluates technicians to comply with installation program.
• Be a first responder and help supervise the resolution of any client complaints should any arise.
