FlexSteel USA, LLC. is seeking a Field Services Technician for a full-time travel role based on-site. The job includes installation and service of FlexSteel products, with travel required and no rotational schedules or per diem.

Associates degree is not required but preferred. Company trucks and housing are provided, along with PTO. You must be 21+ to qualify and be prepared for extensive travel.

Qualifications

• Associate degree not required; preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing/construction experience preferred.
• Licensure/experience in operation of forklifts and other equipment required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain concise and positive communication with Customers, external and internal.
• Comply with all HSEQ regulations, PPE usage emphasized.
• Ensure field activities are safe and efficient per company policies.
• Execute field services to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
• Advance to Installation Technician I via competency programs.
