Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is hiring a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to lead on-site operations at our national projects. You will supervise crews, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

We value strong communication, problem-solving, and hands-on welding or fabrication skills. Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma, be able to lift 50 lbs, and be eligible to work in the United States. Equal opportunity employer.

• Must be at least 18 years old and physically able to lift 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; US work eligibility.
• Welding ability is a plus for field work.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise on-site construction projects and lead the crew.
• Serve as primary contact with customers, vendors and subs.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity on site.
• Understand scope and manage field changes (change orders).
• Provide leadership and training to field staff.
