Job summary

Guidedbyljtravel is seeking a Travel Experience Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role you will help clients research, plan, and coordinate memorable vacation experiences from home, with comprehensive training and ongoing support.

No prior travel industry experience is required; we provide destination knowledge, supplier education, and access to planning resources to help you grow. You’ll learn to manage client communications, research options, and coordinate bookings while building

• Ability to research and compare multiple travel options.
• Comfortable using computers and learning online systems.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Willingness to complete training and continue developing industry knowledge.
• Genuine interest in travel, destinations, and creating memorable experiences for others.
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, planning, or client-facing roles is helpful but not required.
