Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Travel Consultant to build lasting client relationships, plan personalized itineraries, and grow the business through referrals and exceptional service. This on-site sales role focuses on travel consulting and relationship management.

You'll consult with clients to design domestic and international trips, using CRM tools to manage bookings and stay current on destinations and supplier offerings while delivering memorable travel experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Ability to multitask and manage details effectively.
• Ability to pass applicable pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to plan and book domestic and international travel, including cruises, tours, vacation packages, hotels, airfare, and transportation.
• Create personalized travel experiences tailored to each client's needs.
• Develop new business through networking, referrals, community engagement, and proactive follow-up.
• Quickly respond to leads and opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process.
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Utilize travel technology, CRM tools, and digital platforms to manage client relationships and bookings.
• Stay up to date on travel destinations, industry trends, and supplier offerings.
