Travel and Expense management provides corporations, financial institutions, supranational, sovereigns, and agencies with customized funding and risk management solutions. The Business Management Team is responsible for ensuring that day to day business is running smoothly. It is responsible for business planning and strategy, reporting of finance, performance, risk and human capital, analysis of cost and revenue trends, oversight over infrastructure and service providers, business continuity planning and administrative tasks.
Primarily provide support to the bankers in expense reporting Handling administrative work of expenses and travel processing MIS reporting to senior management when required by the Manager Process requests for travel arrangements via email/voice instruction from internal clients Coordinating with internal clients on various administrative queries pertaining to travel Support the team in problem solving which arise from travel and expenses
Good at multi-tasking Show acute awareness regarding expense and travel policies Should be proactive and high energy Proficient at Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken Self-motivated Self-starter
