Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled ER RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Minot, ND. The ER RN delivers rapid-response, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ED, assesses conditions, implements urgent care plans, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient care.

Requirements include one year of ER experience, valid RN license, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS or ENPC certification. This travel role offers competitive pay and dedicated clinical support.

Qualifications

One year of ER RN experience required.
Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC certifications required.
TNCC, NIHSS and other certifications preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

Rapid triage and initial assessment of ED patients.
Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families.
Administer medications per emergency protocols.
Prepare equipment and assist physicians in emergencies.
Monitor patient conditions and document in EMR.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
