Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department in La Plata, Maryland. This 13-week travel assignment runs nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, with a start date of 10/19/2026. Requirements include an active RN license, a degree from an accredited nursing program, and 18 months of ER experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Bachelor's or associate degree from accredited nursing program.
• Eighteen months of recent ER/Acute Care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care and stabilization for patients with trauma or acute illness.
• Assess, triage, and intervene to prioritize patient needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to coordinate care.
• Document patient status and interventions accurately.
