Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a Travel Nurse RN – ED for Springfield, Illinois. The 13-week assignment features 48 hours per week, nights, and 12-hour shifts. You must have an active RN license and 18 months of recent Acute Care ER experience.

BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC may be required by the client facility. MedPro offers weekly pay, housing options, credentialing fee coverage, health and life insurance, and travel reimbursement as part of the MedPro Experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required by some positions
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care ER setting
• Other client-specific requirements may apply

Responsibilities

• Assess, intervene and stabilize patients in the ED.
• Recognize and treat a variety of trauma and medical emergencies.
• Perform efficient triage and rapid patient assessments.
• Deliver high-quality patient care under pressure
