Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced ER RN for night shifts in Texas. Requires Level II/III trauma experience and TX or compact RN licensure. Certifications and neuro/trauma skills are essential, with travel ER experience preferred. On-site job with travel bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include treating a combined adult and pediatric ED population, triage, and trauma management, 3x12-hour nights, and adherence to isolation and PPE protocols.

Qualifications

• Active TX license or compact RN license.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC required; NRP preferred.
• NIHSS certification required; NRP certification preferred.
• ER experience: 2+ years; 5-8 years preferred.
• Recent travel ER experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat a combined adult and pediatric population in ED.
• Provide Level II/III trauma–level care.
• Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00–07:00.
• Cerner charting experience preferred.
• Holiday coverage as needed.
• Perform triage and PPE protocol adherence.
• Manage splints and orthopedic injuries as needed.
• Identify neglect or abuse; ensure safety.
