TotalMed RN is seeking an Emergency Room RN for a travel assignment in Big Spring, Texas. This 13-week travel role requires RN licensure, 1-2 years acute care experience, and certifications such as ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC.

The position offers a 12-hour night shift and a 48-hour workweek. Travel nurses join a fast-paced ER environment, performing triage, care coordination and vital signs checks while maintaining patient and family communication and safety.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years recent acute care experience.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, triage and implement care for ER patients.
• Perform basic bedside care and monitor vitals.
• Assist with wound care, IV therapy and documentation.
• Ensure patient and family education and emotional support.
