Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience required.
• Current RN license in good standing per state regulations.
• BLS (AHA/ARC) certification required.
• ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification required.
• PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Triage and rapidly assess patients upon arrival.
• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed meds and treatments per ER protocols.
• Assist physicians during emergency treatments and exams.
• Monitor patient status and document findings in EMR.
