Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience.
• Valid RN license in Missouri (or state of practice).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS or ENPC as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival, prioritizing care.
• Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per protocols.
• Prepare equipment and aid physicians during emergencies.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety in the ED.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
