Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN in the ED for a 12-week assignment in Jefferson City, TN. Start ASAP. 36 hours per week, nights. Requires ER RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC. Travel benefits and competitive pay offered.

As part of a fast-paced ED team, you will triage, stabilize, administer meds, and document care while communicating with physicians and families. Fusion provides support, insurance from day one, licensure reimbursements, and a generous traveler program.

Qualifications

One year of ER RN experience.
Valid RN license per state regulations.
Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
Current PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC Certification.

Responsibilities

Triage patients on arrival and prioritize care based on severity.
Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments per protocols.
Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergency treatments and examinations.
Monitor patient conditions and document results in EMR; respond to changes in status.
