Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Ashland, OR. This role involves rapid assessment, ongoing patient monitoring, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced ED.

You’ll hold emergency patient care responsibilities, maintain standards of safety, and participate in ongoing education and certification updates as required by the assignment.

Qualifications

• One year of recent ER RN experience.
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS (AHA / ARC) or ENPC Certification.

Responsibilities

• Triage and rapidly assess patients on arrival.
• Explain emergencies and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during procedures.
• Monitor patient comfort, safety, and vital signs.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR.
