Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Medford, Oregon. You will work 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift, delivering rapid-response, high-quality care in a busy emergency department.

The ideal candidate will have ER RN experience, an active RN license, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS or ENPC certifications, with the ability to travel and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience.
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS (AHA / ARC) or ENPC Certification

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients on arrival.
• Explain emergency procedures to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per protocols.
• Prepare equipment and aid physicians during emergency treatments and examinations.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety in the ED.
• Observe and document patient conditions within scope of practice.
• Take and monitor vital signs and respond to deviations.
• Document assessments, interventions and outcomes in EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
