Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients across all age ranges in a fast-paced ER environment.
• Respond to patient needs and coordinate with the healthcare team during night shifts.
• Ensure compliance with licensure, certification, and hospital protocols.
• Manage a patient census of approximately 130 with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Adapt to floating within the emergency department as required.
