Job summary
Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Fishersville, Virginia. Qualifications
- One year of ER RN experience.
- Valid RN license per state regulations.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
- Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
- Current PALS (AHA / ARC) or ENPC Certification.
Responsibilities
- Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival based on severity.
- Explain emergency procedures to patients and families.
- Administer prescribed emergency medications and treatments.
- Prepare equipment and assist physicians during procedures.
- Monitor patient comfort and safety in the ED.
- Document patient conditions and interventions in EMR.
- Initiate patient education plans as needed.
