Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled ER RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Martinsville, VA. As a member of our team, you'll deliver rapid-response, high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency department, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and benefiting from travel-focused support and pay packages.

The role requires one year of ER RN experience, an active RN license, and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience.
• Valid RN license in state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certification.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival.
• Explain emergency procedures to patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians in emergencies.
• Monitor patient conditions and safety in the ED.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
