Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN in the ED for a travel assignment in Decatur, GA. The ER RN will evaluate, triage and implement care in a fast-paced Emergency Department.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of acute care experience and hold ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications. This travel role includes 12-hour nights, 36 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend and travel logistics handled by TotalMed RN.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH at minimum.
• Travel RN with ED experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and triage ER patients promptly.
• Provide bedside care and wound management.
• Administer IV therapy and monitor vitals.
• Document patient history, allergies and medications.
• Support physician instructions and care coordination.
