Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Urbana, IL. You will join a dedicated clinical team delivering rapid-response care in a high-acuity ED setting, with competitive pay and a full benefits package.

The role requires ER RN experience, an active RN license, and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications. Travel-friendly benefits and 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts are included.

Qualifications

• One year of recent ER RN experience.
• Valid RN license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certification.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival.
• Explain emergency procedures to patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergencies.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety in the ED.
• Document patient conditions and interventions in EMR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
