Job summary

Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel RN in the ED to support a high-volume trauma center in Chico, CA. The role focuses on pediatric and adult trauma, STEMI, and stroke care within a busy ER environment.

Position requires California RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and EPIC charting proficiency, with ENPC/TNCC preferred. Shifts are 12 hours, 36 hours weekly, 13-week contract, with travel benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in emergency, trauma, or critical care.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• EPIC charting experience is required.
• ENPC and TNCC certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care in a Level II trauma center.
• Manage pediatric and adult trauma, STEMI, and stroke patients.
• Work rotating 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
• Complete EPIC charting and collaborate with care teams.
• Float rotation as needed during assignments.
