American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a Level I Trauma teaching hospital in New Mexico. Requires Level II trauma experience and NM or compact RN licensure. Cerner charting used; travel assignments with 3x12 shifts and multiple 12-hour blocks.

Open to candidates with Level I trauma, travel experience preferred, 2+ years of ED experience, and willingness to work evenings. Housing allowances and per diem benefits are typical for this travel position.

Qualifications

• Active NM or compact RN license required, pending license accepted at submission.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC (TNCC must be obtained prior to signing).
• 2+ years ED experience preferred; Level II trauma experience required; Level I preferred.
• Travel experience preferred; candidates with 2+ years Level I trauma experience may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Emergency Department setting within a Level I Trauma teaching hospital.
• Patient ratio 1:5.
• 36 or 48 hour contracts available; 48 hours limited to travelers with Level I trauma and travel experience.
• Evening shift schedule: 3x12 hours from 13:00-01:30.
• Floating to Peds ED optional; to Adult PCUs based on staffing needs.
