American Traveler is seeking an Emergency Department RN with at least 2 years of ER experience for a Level 2 Trauma Center requiring WI or compact RN licensure.

Join a 38-bed ED/Urgent Care with 12-hour shifts, triage responsibilities, and a strong team. Pediatric experience is preferred and Cerner EMR is used, with Epic transition ongoing.

Formación

• Active WI or compact RN license required by start date.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC (ENPC encouraged but not required).
• Minimum 2 years RN experience required.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Level 1 or 2 trauma center experience preferred.
• Cerner EMR experience preferred.
• Must be willing to perform triage duties including ambulance arrivals.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care in a Level 2 Trauma Center ED with high acuity.
• Triage walk-ins and ambulance arrivals; collaborate with ED physicians and support staff.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and operate routine monitors; assist with procedures and labs.
• Handle nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:3 in ER and 1:6 in Urgent Care; participate in shift rotations.
