Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a skilled ER RN for a 12-week travel assignment in Kokomo, IN. You will provide rapid-response care in a high-paced ED, collaborating with physicians, paramedics, and staff to ensure safe, patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience.
• Valid RN license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC Certification.

Responsibilities

• Triage and assess patients on arrival.
• Explain procedures to patients and families.
• Administer medications per protocols.
• Assist physicians during procedures and emergencies.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver care.
