Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Indianapolis, IN. You will provide rapid emergency care, triage, and high-quality patient management in a busy ED, with 12-hour day shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Candidates must have 1 year ER experience, a valid RN license, and current BLS/ACLS; PALS/ENPC is preferred. This travel role offers competitive pay and strong clinical support from a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an ER RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS (AHA / ARC) or ENPC Certification.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival, prioritizing care based on the severity of condition.
• Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with emergency nursing techniques and protocols.
• Prepare equipment and aid physicians during emergency treatments and examinations.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout the ED; respond to needs.
