Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled ER RN for a 12-week travel assignment in Kokomo, IN. You will provide rapid, high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency department, triaging patients, administering treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires 1 year of ER RN experience, active RN license, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS (or ENPC). Travel benefits, competitive pay, and strong clinical support are included.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience.
• RN license in good standing per state regulations.
• Active BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Active ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Active PALS or ENPC certification.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients on arrival.
• Explain emergency procedures to patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during procedures.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety in the ED.
• Document patient conditions and care in EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff.
