Amergis is seeking an Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments in Willimantic, CT. The role involves applying the nursing process and delivering care in the emergency room or other critical care areas.

Qualifications include an active RN license in the state, ER experience preferred, CPR as applicable, and health/safety requirements. Travel offers weekly pay, 36 hours per week, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year emergency room experience preferred.
• CEN certification preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• The Emergency Department Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care in the emergency room setting or other emergent critical care areas.
