Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an Emergency Department RN for a hospital assignment in Minnesota. An active MN RN license and at least 1 year in the ER are required, along with BLS, ACLS, and CALS or TNCC/ENPC/PALS certifications. Shifts are 12 hours, day and night, with every third weekend.

Travel-ready nurses may float to Med Surg if they have ED and Med Surg skills. RTO must be submitted with application. The position offers housing allowance, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k),

Qualifications

• Active MN RN license in hand.
• Minimum 1 year of ER experience.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and CALS or TNCC, ENPC, or PALS.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Emergency Department at a hospital, with occasional shifts in Med Surg units.
• Rotating 12-hour day/night shifts.
• Every third weekend required.
• No on-call responsibilities.
• Floating to Med Surg possible if candidate has both med surg and ED skills, though not required.
• Provide emergency nursing care within a hospital ED setting.
