American Traveler is hiring an Emergency Department RN for a community hospital setting in Illinois. The ideal candidate will hold an IL RN license and have 2-3 years of recent ED experience, with BLS/ACLS/PALS current and TNCC preferred.

Cerner EMR experience is strongly preferred, and references from similar roles are required. The position features a night shift (7p-7a) with 10-hour shifts, no on-call duties, and a requirement to reside within 50 miles of the facility.

Qualifications

• Active IL RN license required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• TNCC certification preferred.
• 2-3 years of recent Emergency Department experience required.
• Cerner EMR experience strongly preferred.
• 2 professional references from similar experience (1-2 years) required.

Responsabilités

• Work in a 27-bed Emergency Department within a community hospital.
• Treat adult and pediatric patient populations.
• Night shift schedule, 7p-7a, 10-hour shifts.
• No on-call responsibilities.
• Floating within scope to other like units required.
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility with no exceptions.
• RTO must be submitted with candidate profile.
