Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Kingwood, Texas. This 13-week assignment demands 36 hours per week with night shifts, and requires 1-2 years of acute care experience.

As an ER Travel Nurse you will evaluate, triage and implement care under physician instructions in a fast-paced setting. Travel RNs may perform bedside care, IV therapy, wound care and patient education as needed.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC certifications required.
• 1 year of acute care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, triage and implement care according to physician instructions.
• Provide basic bedside care and IV therapy.
• Monitor vitals and report changes to the team.
• Document medical history and patient information.
