Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Midland, Texas. The ER RN will handle triage, assessment and care in a fast-paced setting on a 12-hour night shift, 36 hours weekly, for an 8-week contract.

Requirements include 1-2 years of acute care experience and ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC certifications. duties include basic bedside care, wound care, IV therapy, and maintaining supplies while managing patient safety and family communications.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years recent acute care experience.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC certifications required.
• Travel RN assignment in Midland, TX.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, triage and implement care per physician instructions.
• Document medical history and vital signs; monitor patient well-being.
• Provide basic bedside care, wound care, and IV therapy.
• Maintain equipment and report suspected abuse as needed.
