Job summary

TotalMed is seeking a travel RN for the ED in Kingwood, TX. This travel assignment runs for 13 weeks at 36 hours per week, with 12-hour day shifts. The RN should have ER/acute care experience and relevant certifications (ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC).

Immediate placement for qualified applicants. As a travel ER RN, you will evaluate and triage patients, implement care per physician orders, and document patient history and vitals.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC certifications are required.
• 1 year of acute care or ER experience preferred.
• Travel assignment for 13 weeks with 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage ER patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide bedside care and monitor patient vitals.
• Document care, medications and patient responses per protocol.
