Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an ER RN for a 13-week travel assignment at a facility in Tullahoma, TN. The ER RN will provide rapid-response, high-quality care in a fast-paced ED, with support from a dedicated clinical team and comprehensive benefits.

The role requires 1 year of ER RN experience, TN RN license, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS or ENPC certifications. Travel compensation includes competitive pay and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year ER RN experience.
• Active RN license in the state of TN.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients on arrival.
• Explain procedures and treatments to patients/families.
• Administer medications per emergency protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during treatment.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety in the ED.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff.
