Qualifications

• One year of recent ER RN experience.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS/ENPC certifications.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival, prioritizing care by condition severity.
• Explain emergency procedures to patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per emergency nursing protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergency interventions.
• Monitor patient safety and document vital signs and interventions in EMR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality care.
