Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks an ER RN for a 15-week travel assignment in Lansing, MI. You will deliver rapid emergency care, triage, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The role requires 1 year ER experience, valid RN license for Michigan, and BLS/ACLS; PALS or ENPC preferred. Travel RN benefits include competitive pay, benefits, and support from a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience is required.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• Current PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival.
• Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per protocols.
• Prepare equipment and aid physicians during emergency treatments.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout their ED stay.
• Document comprehensive nursing assessments and interventions.
