Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Grand Forks, North Dakota. The position requires 1 year of ER experience and active RN licensure with BLS/ACLS/PALS or ENPC certifications.

You will work 36 hours per week on a 12-hour shift schedule and receive travel benefits and support from our clinical team. The role emphasizes rapid triage, high-quality patient care, and collaboration with multidisciplinary staff in a fast-paced ED environment.

Qualifications

One year ER RN experience
Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC)
Current PALS (AHA / ARC) or ENPC Certification
Preferred certifications such as TNCC, NIHSS, CPI, NRP or SANE

Responsibilities

Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival.
Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments per emergency protocols.
Prepare equipment and aid physicians during emergency treatments and exams.
Monitor patient comfort and safety in the ED.
Document patient conditions and interventions in EMR.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists and other staff to ensure quality care.
Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
