Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled ER RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Hettinger, North Dakota. This role requires 36 hours per week, with 12-hour night shifts, in a hospital emergency department setting. Start date is 11/02/2026, and the position is travel-based with competitive pay and benefits.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of ER experience, an active RN license, and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications. TNCC/NIHSS and other certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience is required.
• RN license must be valid per state regulations.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Triage and assess patients on arrival.
• Explain procedures to patients and families.
• Administer medications and support treatments per protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergency care.
• Document assessments and interventions in EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff.
