MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel RN in the Emergency Department for Onawa, Iowa. The position is a travel assignment with 13 weeks duration and shifts of 8 hours; 13 hours per week are noted in the listing for scheduling contexts.

Active RN license and a nursing degree are required, with 18 months ER experience. Housing, benefits, and travel stipends are part of the offer from a Joint Commission-certified staffing agency.

Formación

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC may be required in some positions.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, intervene and stabilize a variety of trauma and illnesses in the ED.
• Perform rapid assessments and prioritize based on acuity.
• Understand triage principles to prioritize injuries and conditions.
• Provide skilled nursing care for patients with diverse emergencies.
